Modding
Farthest Frontier is built on the Unity engine. When launching the game, you have the option to choose between the standard and Mono builds. The standard version of the game runs with IL2CPP and is incompatible with mods. The Mono version comes pre-installed with MelonLoader and is integrated with Steam Workshop.
To create your own mods, you can use Unity’s tools. We also created an official guide to help you get started. We highly recommend giving it a read before you start modding the game:
